Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Fort Worth has invited St. Michael’s parishioners to its annual medieval-themed Fall Festival on October 31. Additional information can be found on the flyer posted on the bulletin board in the kitchen area.

All Souls Day envelopes are on the table in the back.  These envelopes, in remembrance of the souls listed on them, will be on the altar here at St. Michael’s during Masses said in the month of November.  You may fill them out and put in the collection basket during Sunday Masses in October or drop them in the red box near the stairs.  While donations are not required, any donations made by check should be made payable to Fr….

To keep the focus on the Children’s Saint Parade on November 1st, we moved the St. Michael Raffle to the beginning of the year. Donations for the raffle are still being accepted through next Sunday, October 25th, and you may leave them in the blue box on the pavilion. Please mark your calendar for the Children’s Saint Parade on November 1st.

After Mass here at St. Michael’s next Sunday, October 25th, Fr. Reid will go to Bryan/College Station and offer Mass at the Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1515 South College Avenue, Bryan, Texas.  Confessions at 12:30 pm and Mass at 1:30 pm.

On Sunday, November 1st, the annual St. Michael’s Raffle will be held.  Watch your email and announcements for details coming soon.

For information on tickets to attend in person or view remotely, please use the QR codes on the poster that is on the bulletin board in the break room. The conference plans to have Bishop Fellay, Bishop Goldade, and many other great speakers. Tickets are selling fast, so sign up as soon as possible. Given what is happening in the world today, the 2026 conference is one that you will not want to miss!

The chapel is open every Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 12:00 noon for private prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, and at 12:00 noon, a parishioner will then lead everyone in praying the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  The chapel will be closed at 1:00 PM.

Two families have been taking care of the yard here at the chapel, and they could use some help.  There is a riding mower, and it only takes about 1-2 hours per week.  If you can help, please see Jason Rishel after Mass or call him at (442)-222-4140 to sign up.

On the 2nd Sunday of each month, a catechism class for the Third Order will be held.  All adults are encouraged and invited to attend.On the 4th Sunday of each month, catechism will be directed to the children and incorporated into the Eucharistic Crusade meeting.
