All candles to be blessed for Candlemas should be bundled and labeled, and placed on the blessing table in the back of the chapel no later than Sunday, January 25th. They will be available for pick up the following Sunday.

The Daughters of Mary will meet next Sunday, January 18th, after Mass.

Banns of Marriage are announced for the first time for Andrew Stephen Frazier of St. Mary’s, Kansas, formerly of Huntsville, Texas, and Sara Catherine Strong of St. Mary’s, Kansas, formerly of Conroe, Texas, to be married on February 7, 2026, at St. Michael the Archangel Chapel, Spring, Texas.  Anyone knowing of any impediments to this union are obliged to notify Father Reid.

Two families have been taking care of the yard here at the chapel, and they could use some help.  There is a riding mower, and it only takes about 1-2 hours per week.  If you can help, please see Jason Rishel after Mass or call him at (442)-222-4140 to sign up.

On the 2nd Sunday of each month, a catechism class for the Third Order will be held.  All adults are encouraged and invited to attend.On the 4th Sunday of each month, catechism will be directed to the children and incorporated into the Eucharistic Crusade meeting.
